Everything passes eventually with ease, or not. Every exhale, every thought, every moment…

December and January were quiet for my husband and me as we each were taken down by and then recovered from cold-flu symptoms. We took turns being the caregiver. We rejoiced at the perfect intelligence and resilience of the body-mind-spirit.  During that down time I thought of countless humans certainly connected to us, experiencing “goodness opportunities” simultaneously with us as we are forced to stay inside; stop the “busy-ness” because of health or storms – and rest. Oh how easily the body demands 100% of my attention for taking care of it to insure its return to balance. When I have regained said balance, I feel a visceral sense that I have been taken care of yet again by an Invisible Force and I am grateful.

May you be finding grace and joy in your life these hectic days, as we ride the intensities of weather and world. It seems that life has the ‘okay’ to fly by faster with each new year. Whatever is happening in your part of the world, remember these wise words, “This too shall pass.”

Class Announcement…

Please join me June 18-22, 2014 for a Basic 5-Day Jin Shin Jyutsu Practitioner Training happening in Mount Shasta, California. I am organizing this seminar I apologize for this short notice. We weren’t sure we’d have a class this year.

As you may know I have been studying and practicing the healing art of Jin Shin Jyutsu since 1990. It is the healing art that inspired me to create Healing Touch Quick Steps – Powerful Things You Can Do Instantly to Bring Your Body into Harmony®. I’ve been organizing practitioner trainings since 1999. You may find this seminar to your liking if, as I do, you enjoy delving more deeply into Bigger Picture physical philosophy that has been embodied by ancient cultures like Shinto and Ancient Egyptian for untold millennium. This training teaches you basic information for becoming a practitioner of Jin Shin Jyutsu. Continuing Education Units are available.

You can find everything you need to know at my website link:

Our Jin Shin Jyutsu course instructor, Ian Harris, has agreed to teach our 5- day class this June in celebration of my beloved teacher Lynne Pflueger, who passed away last December.

Ian has recently returned to living in the States after teaching in Europe. I am delighted to have him teaching in Mt. Shasta again. He brings his unique style, personal studies of philosophies and playing music, and how music is integral to the body’s core wisdom, to the Jin Shin Jyutsu material.

And finally, Redwoods…

Good news! A recent multiple year study sponsored in part by the Save the Redwoods League has discovered that redwood trees are huge, huge, huge eaters of carbon dioxide. Even the baby redwood trees are huge eaters of CO2. So let’s plant more redwood and sequoia champions! In today’s challenging times, here is news worth a smile or ten.

What is so important about feeling happy? When positive or joyous feelings and attitudes pass through each organ and circulate throughout our whole system, our physical and chemical energies are transformed and balanced. So BE A SMILE for a moment or a day. Enjoy.

Thanks for reading.

Many blessings,
