In the past, with the all-over body aches I was feeling, I’d
have needed to take an analgesic and could have experienced discomfort for a day or two. As it

to get into a place of total and complete. I actually held each hand placement for 5 minutes. I held for 5 minutes for each side of my body for Whole Side FrontWhole Side Back. Then 3 minutes for the Love Your Self Quick Step, and finally 3-1/2 minutes for The Complete Breath Hug. I did all of the hand placements while lying on my bed. By the time I had finished my self-healing touch routine, which took 26-1/2 minutes total, I had no further
discomforts, didn’t need any pain meds and was perfectly fine the next day.
